Streets of St. Charles Dental seeks a friendly Dental Assistant to support high-quality family and cosmetic care in a modern, patient-centered practice. You’ll assist chairside for preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures; take digital X-rays and impressions; maintain strict infection control; and ensure rooms and instruments are prepared and stocked. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, is compassionate and detail-oriented, enjoys teamwork, and is eager to learn new technologies. Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dentist with chairside procedures
Take digital X-rays, impressions, and intraoral photos per provider direction
Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
Update patient records and charting in practice management software
Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-op instructions, and treatment plans
Support front office with scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow as needed
Ensure equipment, supplies, and operatories are clean, stocked, and organized
Contribute to a warm, patient-first atmosphere through clear, compassionate communication
Chairside assisting
